Our Fall Semester General Meeting (FSGM) will be held Thursday October 15th 2026 from 6pm-8pm. Location is TBD, watch out for an update! This will be an opportunity to learn more about &Design, hear first year rep candidates platforms, propose motions, and find out what our exec team has been working on this year! Pizza will be provided. Hope to see you there!! We are also looking for a Chair and Secretary to help run our FSGM!!

Chair – The chair is responsible for making sure the meeting is progressing and following meeting rules. They will also be responsible for creating an accountability form to be shared at the meeting.

Secretary – The secretary is responsible for making and sharing a meeting minutes document to take notes during the meeting
